We do not guarantee that you will receive a specific number of leads consistently. Lead generation is subject to market conditions and various external factors beyond our control.

2. Shared Document Usage

The shared document (Google Sheets) provided as part of your plan is strictly for the use of the plan holder only. This document contains proprietary lead information and is intended solely for your personal or business use.

Important: Sharing the document with anyone other than the plan holder is strictly prohibited. If we discover that you have shared the document with unauthorized parties, your plan will be immediately terminated without refund.

3. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide valuable lead generation services, we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads per month
• Consistent lead volume over time
• Lead quality or conversion rates
• That all leads will be relevant to your specific criteria

4. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed through our payment partners. Refund policies are subject to the terms of your specific plan and payment provider. Due to the nature of our service, refunds may not be available for partial months.
